The first time I built high tensile fence, I didn't feel I could afford a driver. I tried to use a tractor with a front end loader to push posts into the ground. The Farm King 3-Point post driver works with your tractor or skid-steer for efficient effortless post driving. Built to be fast, powerful, durable, and maneuverable,.
![]() Does anyone drive their t-posts with a front end loader? I remember seeing some magazine article, somewhere in the past, on this subject, but I can't remember what type of set-up they had mounted to their bucket. I tried pushing one in the ground the other day by lowering the bottom of the bucket down on a t-post I had barely sticking in the ground. Instead of going in the ground, it bent the t-post into a big horseshoe shape. The ground I was trying to push it into was pretty dry, and somewhat rocky, but not so bad you can't drive posts with a regular driver. I'm thinking I need to design something where a piece of pipe slides over the post while driving it in the ground, but I'm open for any suggestions/ideas.
